The camels do stay with you during combat, and as far as I can tell you can ride a flying mount and they will follow you. Round up all three at once, rather than grabbing one at a time and taking them back to the camp. You can only turn in all three at a time.

This quest name seems really inappropriate...

Be thankful Sullah didn't ask you to round up some monkeys which would, no doubt, involve spanking them first. I'm guessing you didn't enjoy Blowing Hodir's Horn, Polishing the Helm, Opening the Backdoor and Going Bearback either.

Clearly a sense of humour failure on your part, well there's No Accounting for Taste.

I think this is also a reference to the WWF wrestler Iron Sheik. In a famous interview (go to Youtube and look up "iron sheik goes nuts"), he said some pretty dirty stuff about Brian Blair including that he'd "make him humble." This matches where the quest text says "You may have to, uhh, humble it a bit first... if you know what I mean." Also keep in mind that Iron Sheik's signature move is the "Camel Clutch" and the name of this quest is "Camel Tow."

I daresay in the next expansion we will have a quest where these insect npc things have lost their hats (for some reason they have hats) and I need to find them.

While you are at it grab Unlimited Potential and Master Trapper and knock out all three together. Since all of the mobs are rubbing hairy elbows together out there, easy completions. Use Wild Camel to "flesh" out the two camel quests. Higher hps than Diseased Vulture (much farther south), but the vultures are not as easily accessible in-flight by non-ranged DPS classes. Camels / Pygmies are also closer to Sullah's camp all along to the south. It is still not necessary to drag the camels back to camp (unlike in Coldarra), simply make them into a Camelraderie and complete the other quests. They'll vanish but still count. Good Hunting! =)

anyone also get how when you weaken the camel and capture it its also sort of a pokemon reference?

WILD CAMEL(pokemon) IS WEAKENED. USE HARNESS! (Pokeball)
