The Noggenfogger Elixir has three different effects.
Light as a Feather effect: slows your fall. 2 minute duration.
Stop Breathing: underwater breathing. 10 minute duration.
You Feel Smaller: makes you small. 10 minute duration.

Also if you're alliance and a gnome when you use the noggenfogger and obtain the "You feel smaller" effect you can cheat in WSG. At the top of the alliance base, unless they fixed it, there are two corners on the front side of the building, or the two corners connected to the log facing the battlefield, the left one has a small gap in it and as a gnome with the smaller effect youre actually small enough to fit in there, slip inside this hole get someone to stand in front of it and youre good for the rest of the battle to farm hks if you desire

Exactly, if youre team is only interested in farming hks or if in the case that your flag is hard to retrieve you can hide here, and if youre team is interested in farming hks being stuck there isnt bad since its hard to see you and hard to attack you, although you would be making a sacrifice, however if the effect wears of and the intentions are to capture the flag, the person standing in front of you can pick up the flag after you drop it

i have never dont the quest but i have talked to hem and he dose not give it to me so i can get noggerfogger but all he said to me was that he saw a semmatery for trolls and a bird chased hem away is there a quest there i have to get from a monster or is it a chane quest if so plz mail me in the game or on this web sight the name of my player is Gunnz lvl 64 warrior surver durotan plz help me but if u like to come to me in the game plz tell me where to meet u and i will me there just make shure it is not in out lands in a hi lvled place and i will meet u there

After 2.3 they dont have cooldown from 10min,so you can drink how many you want :D (If you are rich (~1,20gold for 20elixirs)

I think there is biggest chance to trasform you in skeleton than be smaller and slow falling.

The shrinking affect is actualy quite helpfull when added witht the skeleton making you very very hard to see specialy for wsg.

I wanted to find out what the percentages were to get each of the three effects, and was surprised to see that there weren't any comments about it yet, so I set out to find out myself, and just finished crunching the numbers:

Stop Breathing: 65% chance

Light as a Feather: 25% chance

You Feel Smaller: 15% chance

I spent around an hour drinking bags and bags of potions, so I'm very confident these are the correct percentages.

So you should get about three small effects out of each stack of Noggenfogger Elixir, about five slow fall effects and you won't have to try too hard to be a skellie.

the REALLY funny thing about this elixir is that if u can get skeleton form and shrink and ur a gnome, u can barely be seen, which makes getting attacked by other ppl hard, especially in BGs

Also, don't know if it still works but you used to be able to use the Nog elixir and Gnome World enlarger to make yourself teen-tiny. smaller than the rats.

There is a hole in the area before WC, I've never been in there because it's too small of a hole, I just started this quests (lvl 52) i hopes of getting in there. I'm planning on using it to make myself smaller to fit inside the hole I found, this this would also work on getting you below Kara?

No, you cant get a recipe, once you finish the quest you get the 5 for the reward and you can buy them for about 35 silver from him whenever you want.

It is a series quest, and starts with the q "The thirsty Goblin" from Marin Noggenfogger i Gadgetzan. He is right outside the AH there, as far as i remember.

guys you know the poisons mushroom u have to collect. Im not sure if you can collect multipul.. but anyway.

when you eat it it deals 10 damage every sec over 20 seconds i think it is or somet... NAYWAY if you into PvP just before a mage sheeps you eat it. since it damages you the sheep will break stright away. same goes for ,blind,trap,ouge,sap,sudduce, or anything else

SO THINK ABOUT IT!

man, this sux ballz, .....
since tbc patch, it now has 2min CD per drink, the Safe fall is reduced to 15secs, and u used to be able to shapeshift (as druid or shammy) and still look like a skellie, but that changed to!

Blizz, stop friggin nerfing all the kool stuff ffs!

Noggenfogger Elixir is a Consumable, available after completing the Neutral Noggenfogger Elixir quest from Marin Noggenfogger in Gadgetzan.

Consuming this potion has a random special status effect:

* Turn you into a skeleton complete with undead animations such as for dancing and eating and drinking and laughing. It also allows underwater breathing. This buff lasts 10 minutes.

* Makes you tiny. This buff lasts 10 minutes.

* Gives you slow fall, and so allows you to jump from high heights without sustaining fall damage. This buff lasts 15 seconds.

The different effects will stack if you consume multiple Noggenfoggers, so you can be, for example, a tiny skeleton.

Downsides to it are you cannot mount when in skeletal form or take the air taxi, though this can easily be countered by right-clicking the buff off.

Since Patch 2.0.1: Noggenfoggers are on a 2 minute cooldown.

Some guy said before if eaten with savory deviate delight that it turned you into a ninja type person, it doesnt do that just cancels noggenfogger and replaces it with the deviate disguise

need to be lvl 44 to get the quests most of them or in tenris 1 quest is in hinterlands i got Noggenfogger Elixir at lvl 44 but it is lvl 49 quest i had some friends help me

This elixir is for more than fun - one of the 3 effects is to allow underwater breathing, so if you're non-undead, this will come in quite handy.

Noggenfogger and Savory Delight nihilates eachother, meaning that if u drink noggenfogger first, then eat a savory fish then u only get the effect from the savory delight and vica versa.

As of my knowing there's 3 effect the Noggenfogger Elixir can put on you:

>Shrink : Effect (You are shrinked in physical size meaning you become tiny :). Lasts 10min.

Buy it from Noggenfogger. Once the quest is completed you can return to him anythime you want and buy more.

I am just going to quote what Cerethea said because the information about the effects they posted is correct.

P.S. The effects are random so you may have to drink alot of them to get the desired effect. I believe I drank close to 11 once just to get the 'Light as a Feather' buff so I could just jump off a mountain to avoid having to fight respawns all the way back down the mountain.

This is a chain quest that sends u east to get some water. It starts with a gobling on the top of the hill in the city Gad. Then you talk to someone else in the city when u complete that and she sends you off to the Hinterlands to dive in the little lake in the middle and get a mushroom. Go back to her and she will send you to another goblin in the city that makes you the potion. - NOT HARD AT ALL TO COMPLETE.

This is the best fun I've had in awhile! I've found out some interesting things too. If you are under the effects of the Elixir, your mount is shrunken too. And you can also take FP's and your flight mount is shrunken...actually it's quite hysterical to see. Makes you look like a little wind-up toy.

ok so i heard u guys need some help with this, i dont have co ords so u all have to read carfully. first of all u gotta be 45+ to do this quest (otherwords it'll be too hard). now from Gadgetzan u go south west till u see some huge cactuses. once you are there u kill the dew collectors (they are mainly white) untill you get the Laden glands. go back to gadgetzan and turn it in. get the chain and go in the northern part of gadetzan and talk to Sizzle. She will send you on a quest to the hinterlands (on eastern kindoms) (to get there go to Hillsbrad Foothills and head northeast for the alliance you just have to go in the hinterlands and head a bit north and you are at Arie Peak for the horde you need to go to the COMPLETE east side of the hinterlands on the bottom of the shore) so you go to the hinterlands and then you look for a lake in the middle of the hinterlands go underwater and search for some mushrooms. now go back to gagetzan and turn it in. now go back to marin nogginfoger and (trust me this will be fun) turn in the quest. get the quest and turn it in agian and u get 5 Nogginfogger Elexir's (to buy more talk to that guy their 35s for 5) have a blast

Not sure what the elixir does. It says you feel light as a feather, but I see no effects.
