Had a little alt in Exodar area and wasn't really sure of where was the GY.
Not using coords there is a easy way to quickly go to her:

Just get yourself killed on the area of the GYs and then just rez on the spirit rezer, and you will be right in front of her :)

The Catrina from near-Goldshire has been moved to the Stormwind Cemetery; close to the crypt at the north-west of the area.

So you wanna do the day of the Dead? Head to your races capital city, find the graveyard. Die if you must ;)

So walk up to the people, no quests to be seen?...talk to the vendor, buy yourself a Orange Marigold or if you are feeling friskyBouquet of Orange Marigolds then you can see the one quest giver.

Pick up the quest, go to the vendor, buy yourself theRecipe: Bread of the Dead head to your nearest cooking supplies/inn, pick up some milk and some simple flour. Can't make the bread?

Head back to the vendor, there is a blue fire called Ghostly Cooking Fire, next to them you can cook there. Thats the only fire you can make the bread of the dead on.

Grab yourself another Orange Marigold or use your Bouquet of Orange Marigolds and turn in! you got yourself a cute little Macabre Marionette.

Unfortunately, he is only usable during Day of the Dead.

To finish the Day, dance with Catrina to getDead Man's Party

Edit: The Day of the Dead crowd are still outside SMC, and the graveyard of SW happens to be inside of it now. So head for the Capital graveyards, like stated.

Since the release of Cataclysm, Catrina has been moved INSIDE most major cities. In Stormwind, she is now located at 47,26 - straight EAST of the dock for the Dalaran boat.

Goblins are outside at the Org graveyard also. Please note that you can dance with Catrina at any GY, but you can only do the quest at your racial graveyard.

Catrina isn't in Elwynn anymore - in SW, she's in the back, SW cemetery, by the unnamed tomb - (North of Cathedral square & Dwarven District)

For the worgens the quest to get Macabre Marionette can be taken and completed in Darnassus' graveyard, coordinates (just where the "i" in "Warrior's Terrace" is written on the map).

Catrina in Darnassus is now at 69.2,40.5 (north of the path from the Warrior's Terrace to the Teldrassil gate).

As has been said before, the quest giver will only show up for you in the graveyard for your race's capital city.

Catrina is also in the Dalaran graveyard, in the park near one of the sewer entrances.

Found Catrina near the day of the dead vendor on Ruins of Lordaeron Undercity, not too sure other major city got her or not.
