Good starting pants for fairly cheap materials, excellent when you just have reached level 85. They can easily be used in heroic dungeons until you get better ones.

I sold three of these for 360 gold each within 24 hours on the auction house, which proofs they are worth investing in.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

These items seem to have a 4th stat that wowhead hasn't noticed, e.g.,

Windflurry: 401 sta, 267 agi, 178 crit, 178 haste
Zephyr: 401 sta, 267 agi, 178 haste, 178 mast

None of these enchants are fully on-spec for boomkins or ele shamans, since all the ones with Intellect have Spirit as well.
