The most attainable shoulder enchant in the game at the moment for damage casters, or even hybrigs, though better are available in Naxx, these are often used because all that is needed is Exalted with the Zandalar Tribe.

Exalted with Zandalar Tribe can be really hard to achieve , mind you.

To get the Signet (or any other signet) , you have to pay 15 Zandalar Honor Tokens (Aquirable through destroying bijous or turning in coin sets) , which means you'll have to save some coins/bijous during building up the reputation.

Currently the best shoulder enchant in the game for a level 70 shadow priest who went Scryer because of the focus on spell crit on the Scryer enchant. Note that the Aldor enchant is a minor improvement over this, and that this only applies to shadow priests.

A warning to those who may think these could be used as twink enchants (i tried, it can't be done)

You can only use ZG helm or shoulder enchants on items in your inventory.

The target item, if not already soulbound, will become soulbound regardless of if it bind on equip, bind on pickup or unbound like most white items are.

You cannot enchant an item using any of the ZG helm or shoulder enchants through a trade window like the old armor kits allowed.

<edit>ok, so what's with the downranking of correct information, these have all been fixed that you cannot apply them to any BOE shoulders or unbound shoulders, cannot enchant through a trade window and with the exception of bind on account shoulders which were added long after this post, they cannot be used for twinking, and that aside, pretty sure that they made it so you can't put them on any more new BoA shoulders so the ones that have them have them, and those that don't already cannot get them.

As of 3.0.8, these enchants appear to not work on heirloom items. I just tried putting Zandalar Signet of Mojo on my Tattered Dreadmist Mantle, and it failed (at the end of the cast bar for applying it) with a message reading "Target is too low level".

Not quite, the 30 Stam 15 resilience enchant still works, which would be better then the ZG enchants.

The +30 sta +15 res enchant changed as of 3.1 patch, I have it on 2 pairs of heirloom shoulders. The shoulders are still equippable, just the enchant is red and has "requires level 70"

With the change in shoulder-enchant mechanics in 3.1 this enchant can now be applied to BoA-shoulders!
But you must be >lvl60 i believe to benefit from the enchant but it will help in levelling from 70 to 80 at least.

This is not confirmed for this enchant, but has been tested and proven for the Aldor/Scryer enchants @ lvl70
so i assume it's the same with these.
If you have some Zandalar Honor Tokens or enchant lying around it's probably worth another shot!

Blizz has gone to making shoulder enchants available to all of your characters (with appropriate level requirements to prevent OP twinks)...so you only have to do the rep (or honor/stone) grind on one toon.

This applies to Sons of Hodir (req lvl 80), Wintergrasp (req lvl 80), Honor (req lvl 70), Violet Eye (req lvl 70), Aldor (req lvl 64), Scryer (req lvl 64), Argent Dawn (req lvl 55), and Zandalar Tribe (req lvl 55), enchants.

The enchants can be placed on gear worn by low levels (e.g. BoA gear), but the enchant will be red until the character reaches the required level. The BoA enchants (LK) can be mailed from character to character. For the non BoA enchants (PreBC and BC), you have to have the gear in your inventory to enchant it. It can not be applied through the trade window (so enchanting your lowbie's quest reward gear is out).

You get tokens by turning in items like Coins and Bijous. You can break a Bijou on the altar of Zanza to get a token.

Can a person have both the Argent Dawn shoulder resist enchant and the Zandalr Signet of Mojo?

No enchants stack no matter were they made by enchanter, some quest reward item or anything. Neither do enchants stack with armor patches. The only thing they stack with are items that improve weapons, like sharpening stones, mana oils etc.

The warlock "+18 spell damage/+10 sta/+Idon'tknowwhat." enchant that was mentioned in an earlier post is one single enchant with all those 3 bonuses in one. There is one for every class and you get it from ZG too.

You can get your class specific enchants on both your leggings and head. For a mage for example its 18 spell dmg AND 1% to hit with spells.

For that enchant you need to be friend with Zandalar Tribe and you need a primal hakkari idol (Drops 1 of bloodlord and 1 of jindo) and a class specific doll.

And in adition to this you can alsow when you get exalted with the zandalar tribe get a +18 spellpower OR +33 healing OR +33 Attackpower enchant on your shoulder.

So for a mage out of this enchants you would get in total (if you enchant everything) 54 spelldmg and 2% chanse to hit with spells.

About the stacking is simply that you CAN NOT put for example the 18 dmg on shoulders enchant AND a resistant enchant from argent dawn on the same shoulders.

The NPC you need to see for this reward is loacted on Yojamba Isle (15,16 in STV).

The NPCs name is Rin'wosho the Trader.

He is located in the first hut you see on your left as you get onto the island, up 2 sets of stairs.

Can you get multiple shoulder enchants? Is the shoulder enchant once and done, or can you get multiple shoulder enchants like the head/leg enchant?

I have my t2 shoulders but I don't know if I should use the enchant on them.

If i use it on a non Binding white shoulder item(19 twink) does it bind the item to me like Scryer/Aldor inscriptions do?

Just an FYI, if you apply this to an item it will bind the item to you.

Doesn't it say "shoulder slot item"? Wouldn't that indicate that it's an item enchant like any other?

Also, is this just a "Get Revered, turn in Honor Tokens, buy reward" A la AD Shoulder enchants?

You get those shoulder enchants after becoming Exalted with Zandalar Tribe and handing in 15 Honor Tokens.

Every enchant after that costs the 15 Honor Tokens again

what info is there to give other than what the item says ?

You use it to permantly add damage and healing done by spells to a shoulder "slot" .. so that the +18 damage/healing will be there no matter what item you place in your slot ..

Puffd, You're wrong. It works just like an Argent Dawn shoulder enchant. It is permanently placed on a single shoulder armor.

Quest reward: +25 reputation and 1x Zandalar Honor Token (increases your reputation by +50 when used)

Total: +75 reputation per turn-in if you use the token

Most affordable way to gain reputation between bijous and coins:

Blue Hakkari Bijou (any color)
Destroy Bijou = +75 rep
Zandalar Honor Token = +50 rep

1x bijou = +125 rep
3x coins = +75 rep

One bijou is equivalent to five coins. Conclusion, if five coins are cheaper than one bijou, buy the coins and vice versa
