Gagsprocket does sell this, albiet in limited quantities. Seems to have an 8 hour restock timer if I timed it right (unless someone bought it and I didn't notice). High demand now that the Darkmoon fair has a turn-in for green fireworks.

Being an alliance, i only see one place where i can really get the recipe, and thats in Booty Bay. But i've talked to the guy and he doesn't sell it. is it just that i have to wait until nobody has, or does he just not sell it anymore (because it doesn't even show it as grayed out or something)

On the level where the guy is lying in the hut - across from him is a cooridor between two buildings towards the hillside. Go through there, turn left & he's in the building on the left near Sly.

Thanks Erbodann... thus enter BB from STV, down ramp to the left. halve way take one ramp up. There is what apeers to be half a boot with a goblin lying down. Take a left go between buildings and left again. When you see Sly take a left. Problem with this is the entrence to the building is at the back facing the mountainside.

Well I just looked through Thottbot to see where I could get the recipe at, as it sells for over 1g in the AH.

Flew down to Ratchet, went up to Gagsprocket thinking it was worth a shot anyway. And yep it was there. Nifty. :)

Yes, the firework schematic is sold in both Ratchet and Booty Bay, and yes, it is a limited supply. I've seen it in both places while I was searching for the *@%^# red firework schematic (Oggrimar-only). The BB dude is kind hard to find, but as someone else said, he's on the bottom level, across from the dying goblin in the hut, in a "back alley." As for Darkmoon Faire, 36 green fireworks will net you 8 tickets. Compared to the other turn-ins, that's not too component-expensive.

go to the bb guy, lots of people get lost if some1 is trying to get them there or they dont even know about it, less people will go to bb

The green fireworks are the easiest to find for both sides, since the red schematic is Horde-only, the blue schematic is Alliance-only, and the green is found in Neutral cities. One of the few ways to get the other is through the neutral Auction Houses, unless you've got connections on either side. However, you can still buy any color of the fireworks themselves just about anywhere. The red schematic is found in Oggrimar from Sovik, and the blue schematic is Ironforge in Tinker Town. I've also seen green schematics in Ratchet and Booty Bay, but the BB guy is in a back-door hidden room on the lowest level.
