interesting talent, hopefully it will scale with spell power, otherwise 2-3k healing won't be useable, when you think about the fact that normal players at level 85 will have around 75k hp.

As of the first week of 4.1 patch this says
Reduces Mana costs of dispel by 40% an heals for 2361-2661

This is incredibly over powered in the lower levels. You can get full access to 2/2 at Level 43. Tried it patch week on my Level 65 Shaman and it heals for about 2.1K, but my full HP is only 7K. So not only do I dispel, but I also heal myself instantly for almost 1/3 of my total HP. If your a Shadow Priest or Affliction Warlock your better of just ignoreing the Resto Shamans.

This is extremely similar to the old glyph for Dispel Magic that Priests used to have in Wrath. That glyph was eventually nerfed to worthlessness because people complained so much in PvP. But I found it to be very usefull in something like Naxxramass where there was alot of random debuffs put on people. For 1 glyph slot (only allowed 3 in Wrath) it was pretty expensive, but this is just 2 talent points in a tree you have to fill up anyways. Extremely worthwhile.

Scales with spellpower, and is a very mana efficient way to top someone up whilst dispelling them. Even if it ends up overhealing, your dispel is still 40% cheaper.

Magic/curse dot ticks, gets dispelled, player is healed up with one button press. Very useful for only two talent points.

This spell as I've found is awesome for PVP, each time you cleanse magic or curses you are effectively healing the target. This is annoying for the dps classes on the other end but if you can imagine the number of stacks of these debuffs and the number of times you're cleansing, you do the math and decide how good this is for healing and cleansing. You barely need to roll off any of the standard heals. As far as I can tell there's no cool down on the heal so just keep rolling cleanse and it's an instant heal.

I'm not certain if it was recently changed, however now you must successfully dispel a harmful effect in order for it to heal the target. This is such an awesome talent! :)

Glyph of Dispel (which, I feel should be implemented as this shaman talent is) does not require an effect to be dispelled to heal.

Luckily, they also added a 0,5s cd on the ability on the current PTR build as a "comfort"... :-(

If anyone was curious, the heal that procs off a dispel DOES NOT consume Unleash Earthliving.

On a moderately dispel-ly fight like Argaloth, this ends up amounting to about 3-4% of my healing done.

This talent is crazy in all settings of PvP, but its effect is greatly magnified in sub-80 pvp where health levels are low in respect to how much this talent heals. For perspective, my 70 Resto Shaman heals for nearly 3k with each dispel, while his health pool is around 16k.

Against any class that puts up debuffs that I can dispel, I can literally spam Cleanse Spirit and be very, very successful.

Hopefully the 6 second cooldown it's receiving will help to balance this issue.

Although this now has a 6 second internal cooldown in 4.1, the talent is still worth taking considering it lowers the mana cost to about 1.8k at level 85. Considering the amount of dispelling you need in both PvE and PvP, it is a big help. I reckon not picking this talent is a bad idea unless you don't want to conserve mana.

As of patch 4.2, if you dispel a magic or curse effect on a target, you will also heal for an amount that is about 30% weaker than your standard healing wave (scales with spellpower and is critable).

It has a 6second internal cooldown, and does not heal twice if you remove both a magic and curse effect from the same target with one dispel.

It is no longer dramatically game changing, but the quick insta-heal is handy to have on top of a dispel.
