eh.... so you get 3 "instant" arcane shots for just dealing damage with serpent sting?
because in that case you would never run out of instant shots to use.

the tooltip isn't wrong, this is the spell effect you gain when the L&L talent procs.
and as far as i know, you don't gain 3 shots in 3 seconds, there's still the gcd

There's the GCD to contend with, and Serpent Sting proc is 10%.

The tooltip is wrong , it says that "100% chance when you deal periodic damage with your Serpent Sting"
If was a 100% chance when you deal periodic damage , it would mean everytime the Serpent Sting ticked , your Arcane shot or Explosive Shot would not trigger a cooldown or take any mana , and since Serpent sting lasts for 15 seconds , hitting every 3 seconds , you could get 5 explosive or arcane shots with one serpent sting , negating cooldown (except for global ) and costing no ammo or mana

As of 4.3 when this procs, in addition to the buff and the graphic above your head, the buttons for Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot on your Action Bar have glowing circling borders, the way traps do after Trap Launcher.
