Well I am not sure if ALL warriors have wanted to be shadow priests in plate since some are DPS built and don't want high argo but yes this does look very nice and will probably be my main "self aura" when soloing and even probably be pressence swaping between this and the frost one if off tanking in an instance since while tank has argo use blood to be healing him and when I have argo using frost for damage milgation and a little less argo to let main tank get it back.

These DK presences are so op. Increases damage by 15% AND heals for 4% of total health? If that doesn't sound op to you then you must not be reading this right. Everyone better enjoy these DK abilities while they can because I can see a huge nerf for them in the future lmao

Edit: Woops, looks like what I wrote sounds a little misleading. I knew that it was the damage and not the actual DK's total health, I apologize for wording it wrong. Regardless, I still think that this form will be op when Wotlk comes out.

Um if you really think that healing a whole 24 hp for every 600 that you do is OP your probably one of those that allowing a rogue to duel wield is OP also, heck take away leather and duel wielding from rogues while you take this from DKs make rogues run around naked with only trinkets and rings with 1 single dagger because anything better then that would be OP... (incase people didn't get it, there was a bit of sarcasm there)

But yes they have already really nerfed a Blood DK taking away 1/2 of its self healing skills... it was where a blood DK could be like a shadow priest (not enough healing to actualy heal but enough to make main healers job keeping the tank alive alot easier) but now it looks like they are putting a Blood DKs self healing on par with the Naaru racial HoT at best (which incase you havn't played a Dranai is a complete joke)

hmm, i like healing 4% of dealt damage, that can really accumulate on an aoe spell!
i can see it now, blood presence then death and decay =D

does anyone know if the heal will apply to raid bosses cuz if you're in a raid, you won't be getting exp and you won't be getting honor. so basically the heal aspect is worthless once you hit 80. or could it maybe apply to mobs that have green, yellow, orange, or red level and not a grey one? that would be better at 80. anyone know?

What damage exactly is included in the healing effect? White damage (autoattacks) only? Physical yellow damage? Spell damage? Pestilence or other area damage? Is the damage of DoT's increased?

It's very ambiguous... specifically I'm wondering if the AoE effects of Pestilance and Blood Boil trigger this heal.

A blood death knight uses runes, but it also offers attacks that can turn other runes into Death Runes which can be used as any rune.

We only use death coil if we need have no runes left.

the heal from this presence is not very useful. if you deal 1 000 damge (means minimally three powerful crits), you will be healed for 40 hp. it is very poor, so 15% damage bonus is only use of this presence

With the changes to death knight trees in Cataclysm, Frost Presence and Blood Presence are switching uses; Blood is becoming the tanking presence and Frost the DPS presence. Frost Presence will increase both damage dealt and runic power generation.

This presence is PERFECT for PvE, in Wotlk I use Blood presence in bosses, but the healing in pve is... it is just useless, and now, we've got a presence that increases damage by 15% and also RP generation by 10%, plus Chill of the Grave (buffed from 5 RP to 10 RP) and Butchery, oh my god, Frost DKs are gods of runic power generation xD
Edit: I forgot Power of the Frozen Wastes. with Icy talons (35% increased weapon speed), we will need to use unholy presence all the time if we are 2H Frost DK, because with a 1.5 sec GCD we will have too much RP but no time to use it.

Frost Presence is good for AoE fight, or fights with lots of adds, but Unholy Presence is the standard PvE presence for DPS Death Knights (even those specced to the Frost talent tree).

Unholy Presence is better for DW Frost Death Knight's IMO.
