Very good place to put talents for a duel wielding Fury Warrior. This is straight up 3% more damage (and more Rage).

This helps Fury warriors with the current (soon to be patched out) -5% chance to hit when Dual Wielding Two Handed weps, as if dual wielding wasn't unpredictable enough to begin with.

With the abundence of hit rating gear in WotLK and the removal of the TG penalty, it may be worth noting that you can drop this talent once you hit 296 Hit Rating and maintain the soft cap for yellow attacks.

You'll have 3 extra talent points to spend and could invest into talents you havn't been able to find room for, using Improved Execute as a personal example.

Also note Elitist Jerks have gathered pretty solid evidence that the hit cap has changed from 9% to 8% against raid bosses. If this remains and isn't fixed by Blizzard, then you can drop Precision at 263 Hit Rating and remain hit capped.

(3/3 Precision is worth 98.37 Hit Rating)

EDIT: As the poster below me states, you should infact keep Precision, as it's still better than any other fury talent for dps. My example of Improved Execute was ill-advised, and I've since switched back for better dps.

This talent is now given to all Warriors who choose Fury. Any posts talking about this as a talent are now outdated.

4.1.0 PTR patch notes:
Warrior; Fury
-Precision also increases auto-attack damage by 40% in addition to it's +3% hit chance.
-Frenzy haste bonus increased from 8/16/25% to 16/33/50%
-Unshackled Fury now has a base mastery of 11.2% instead of 44.8% (75% reduction). The bonus per mastery point (5.60%) remains the same.

Warrior; General
-Whirlwind cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds if it succesfully hits 4 or more targets.
-Heroic Throw is now available at level 20 instead of level 80.
-New Ability: Rallying Cry (level 83); increases maximum health of all party/raid members by 20% for 10 seconds. When this ends, the extra health is lost.
-Pummel is now available in all stances.

Is the 3% hit reflected on the Character Info or do I have to add the 3% to what the Character Info states?
