The cutscene bugged out for me, and I only heard lines that were yelled.

If you're still wearing the disguise, the cinematic might break. If you remove the disguise, abandon the quest and re-take it, you can redo the scene. There may be a "doubling" effect during the cinematic (there will be two of each NPC), but it will otherwise proceed as normal.

You can also press the Esc key to exit a stalled cutscene.

When I first attempted this quest the cutscene bugged out for me. My screen was frozen staring off in the distance with nothing happening. I cancelled the scene and the quest completed. However, wanting to see the cutscene, I abandoned the quest and retook it. The same thing happened again except this time I saw some cannon balling being hurtled just off to the left. Eventually my character broke out from where ever they were stuck and showed up next to the npc along with a copy of myself sans disguise. This time I did not receive a quest update so I just abandoned it again.

This clued me into first cancelling my disguise, then logging out for good measure. I came back in, accepted the quest again, and it worked flawlessly.

It took me a couple of tries before the cutscene played correctly. Harrison Jones sometimes seems to swing too early and get the camera stuck. I abandoned the quest and tried a couple of times more. About half the time it plays correctly. I removed the disguise as was suggested above, and all other buffs. It didn't seem to matter as the cutscene still glitched sometimes. You can complete the quest and take your blue item regardless, but if don't turn it in you can go back to schnottz to play the cutscene again. It should work eventually, success seems to be pretty random. And for good measure, I uploaded a youtube video of one of my successful attempts for those of you who already turned in the quest or can't get the cutscene to work.

For me, when I was offered the quest, I couldn't mouseover the rewards to preview them. I was able to accept the quest and talk to Schnotz, then I got the same bugged cut-scene that has been described above, with the view of the desert and some cannonballs.

It eventually let me out. I couldn't interact with Schnottz where he was outside, so I went back in the cabin and talked to him again to restart the cutscene. This time the cut-scene completed.

When I tried to turn it in to Harrison Jones, I again couldn't select which reward I wanted. So I logged out and back in and was able to turn it in.

I tried it once, not much happened until I'm suddenly done with the movie and no quest completion. I went back to him and asked to go outside again. This time the movie locked up almost right away and I had to ctrl alt delete. I decided if I put in a ticket they would tell me to disable all mods. I disabled all mods, went back, now schnottz is lying on the floor like he was a couple quests ago and he won't talk to me. GG blizz.

If Harrison shows up early, I think it might have something to do with there being another player doing the same scene just before you. I noticed it just as I was cowering.

I'm a tank in plate gear. I've been beaten on by all manner of monstrosities, demigods, and demons. I have survived combat with the Lich King himself.

And you think some goblin-Nazi with a rocket is going to be able to even scratch me?

Oh well, at least it was an opportunity for Harrison Jones to be awesome.

I was a little ticked off by the questline as I saw the route it was taking. I think its a little too heavy for a fun "game". References to Rommel, Valkyrie, and making me feel like Himmler,.....but I knew it would end well,.... Harrison Jones made my day

Normally, I'd be mad at this sort of cut scene incompetence, like fighting with future/past me in Woltk, but if you look carefully, the one line uttered by "you" is a cloned image.

Or as it's called in the real world, a stunt double. That would explain how I wouldn't just fly out of there with freaking FLIGHT FORM!
