He's dead and near by the middle of the room, took me a while to relize where he was , the screen shot was kinda helpful but it didnt help , with figuring out where the body was.

This is yet another Lion King reference in the area. This quest name and it's follow up allude to Mufasa's talk with Simba about ancestors in the stars. This is supported by the hyenas, Skarf (Scar), and nearby quest Be Prepared that were completed prior to this.

It's easy to see references where they aren't, but Blizzard always makes it terribly obvious when there's a reference.
Skarf would be a lion if it were a reference, first of all. "Skarf" is more likely a reference to the verb "to scarf," meaning to gobble up or eat voraciously. Second, the quest "Be Prepared" would not be about gathering bits of rope, but would be somehow relevant to the Lion King.

it must be mentioned that you cannot get this quest untill you are on "the thrill of discovery" quest or you will see no quest on npc.

Yes, one is capitalized and the other is not.

In addition to By the Light of the Stars, this quest also opens up Be Prepared from Harrison Jones if:
• you move away and return to reset the phase, and
• you haven't already acquired the similar Be Prepared from the Decrepit Skeleton or from a drop by a Tormented Tomb-Robber.
Be Prepared is the other follow up to The Thrill of Discovery, and some version of it is required to move on down the quest chain.
