Looks like theres going to be another "Ring of Blood" type quest chain in Cata, since this item is named after the goblin who yells you into the arena.

I hope you're accidentally posting a comment on the wrong weapon, because this is a terrible Enhancement shaman weapon.

It is, however, perfect for Resto and Elemental shaman.

There are mixed issues here, first he posted based on PTR stats and second there has been some theorycraft about using a dual FT/FT on enh and fast caster MH mixed with high mastery, which taking in count Static Shok can yeld more output considering melee damage dont scale that good for enh. as GS goes up.

Im not well geared, but for me its not theorycraft anymore, i did 6-7k DPS with mele MH and WF/FT and changed that to Torturer mercy and FT/FT and did 9K on Grand Vizier Ertan and 11K on Altarius. For OH had a slow green mele for big LL.

Beside the fact that this is a healer weapon the speed is too fast and too low dps to get any good benefits for an enh shaman. The cons way outweigh pros here.

I is indeed great for resto shaman, but as Enh our only attack that uses MH is StormStrike, wich in fact is not normalized and does mediocre damage, a fast MH lets you proc static charges and those have arround 50% crit chance cos of SS pluss the weapon SP and the FT/FT setup made me get to 7K SP making my spells crit for 10k+ with bad gear, i guess with lots of mastery this kind of build can yeld at least the same as the classic WF/FT but is less dependant on being at mele range as we can work as dual caster/mele having UE+flame shok + L.burst + E.Shok with mastery and that great sp do quite a nice dmg when the boss is not in range or some aoe mechanics make you stay away like the adds of Drahga Shadowburner in Grim Batol (in which i actually think is better to use frost/fire enchants for ubber snare combo with frost shok, get another weapon enchanted and macro?)

few things i noticed about enh FT/FT:

Unleash Element unleash the 2 FT, each hit for 5k+ on normals, but remember mastery can increase it
The benefith on fire damage from UE of the dual FT does not stack
Shoks do a lot more of damage, and any magic ignore armor and are half the time a crit
The SP from FT/FT do stack making a great use of other SP increasing mechanics like Arcane Brillance or Elemental's fire wrath.
FT weapon dmg on hit is increased by mastery
As FT/FT you loose the WF speed but we dont win the extra FT fire damage increase.

Appears that this weapon had its DPS increased.

As the weapon appears now in the game:
406-755 dmg
1.6 speed
362.9 DPS

Anyone else notice there seems to be two different color schemes for this weapon?

I saw another pally with one the other day, and while mine was the coloring of the ones in the Screenshots, the other was blue/green. Not the only weapon i have noticed this with either...

The Forged Elementium Mindcrusher linked as a blue mace for me for a long time, and now it seems to be brown...

Maybe i am just confused?
