Just got 'of the Wavecrest'. It has the following stats:

+380 Stamina
+232 Intellect
+96 Mastery Rating
+160 Spirit

Equip: Increases your Haste Rating by 64.

Perfect for my Resto Druid.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

The "of the Wavecrest" suffix at least, is now correct. I just got this on my Druid healer. Very nice upgrade.
