The thing with trinkets, that have this much hit on it, is that when you get a better trinket to replace this one, youll need to get a lot of new gear to get hit cap again.

Ofcourse with reforging, this might be a bit easier.

Just got this to test it out. The hit rating is nice. It's so easy to refoge stats now, so I don't have to worry about changing the stats around. And if there's too much hit on my gear, I just turn this hit into crit for my fire mage.

Now for the proc.

The 15 second duration is pretty nice.

The 3 times I tested it, it's ICD was about 90 seconds. (got timers mixed up and forgot to edit this part last time i posted)

The first re-proc took 88 seconds.. The second took 108 seconds, and the third (this time I went to my fire spec) and it re-procced at 80 seconds exactly.

The first 2 attempts, I was frost. Was too lazy to switch specs after Tol Barad. But it seems to proc more often with all my dots and multiple spells going off. Every time it re-procs as fire it's usually at 90 seconds.

Anyway the proc, is about 333 spellpower overall. Its 10% chance is terrible though. Darkmoon: Volcano seems to blow it out the water as a pre-raid trinket.

Soul Casket doesn't seem to compete with Volcano either. So for pre-raid epic trinkets, Soul Casket and Stump of Time seem to be about equal (with Soul Casket having more uptime than Stump) while Volcano surpasses them both by a good margin. Casket and Stump both have 333 spellpower averaged out.

I experienced a reproc of ~63 seconds not counting the duration, so I'd say the ICD on this is closer to 60 seconds.

The ICD of this trinket is 80 sec not 120 sec, which is still not that good but as a preraiding trinket, the proc chance of this trinket seems to be better than the blue trinkets because I always got re-proc every 80 sec for 5 times I've tested(destro warlock with 33% haste), not 85 or 88 or even 83 sec. I got exact 80 sec reproc. So I think 361 average spell power seems to be an okay for preraid trinket.

And I don't know how Nuitaria got that 333 spell power but It's not, it's 361 with 80 sec ICD not 333.

Unlike other rep rewards, these trinkets are disenchantable!
It means that if you are enchanter, you can farm baradin tokens for shards, which are like 2-2.5k each on my server.

I won't be farming tokens with the aim of getting crystals, but I still do these dailies fairly often, and I'd rather have a few thousand gold than a mount.

That is why old world bosses, like those in Molten Core for example, hit you normally, like 88 mobs, but 60 level players have absolutely no problems with damaging them, even if they are in the same group as you.

1. That makes no sense.

2. Heroic bosses are level 87, or +2, whatever you wanna call it. So you only need 6% hit, regardless how badass they are or what they drop.

3. What would you call Heroic Bosses then? Boss -1? Boss level -1?

...

Does anyone know if you can get 2 of these for seperate specs, 1 for destro and 1 for affliction locks, cause I could reforge the extra hit into something to help either spec, but is it possible to get 2 of these?
