This drink currently only sold by an NPC in Hyjal that disappears with a phase change, hopefully blizzard is aware of this, would be a shame to allow this to be the 4.1 "Highland Clucker" :S

Confirmed as of patch day 4.1.

After completing quests in this area in Hyjal, all NPC's remain hostile and this vendor has disappeared.
Unfortunately she is the only source of this item, which is required for Drown Your Sorrows

You need to be actually on the quest chain where you're disguised as a twlight cultist to access two vendors who between them sell 5 items needed for the new food and drink achievements.

Personally, rather than do a bunch of questing there on an alt, i asked on general for someone who was on that quest chain and paid them 300g to buy me a stack of each of the items, since I knew there'd be some of my friends and guildies wanting them too. I also advised the guy he might make a bit of gold putting them on the AH, so Arthas Horde check there later and you might find some.

I can confirm that Zungam sells Murky Water but you can't release him, once you do he stops selling it, I was quick enough to grab it before he stopped.

The chain that opens up you being friendly to the Twilight Cultists(Grunka) is Commander Jarod Shadowsong.

The actual quest that lets you become friendly and they are no longer hostile is either Signed in Blood or Your New Identity. I'm thinking the latter. I turned in the first quest without thinking. But without completing any of Condenna's quests, I'm able to speak to Grunka.

This item is sold by Zungam a repair NPC inside Zul'Aman at 63, 37. When facing Halazzi (Lynx boss) before going up the stairs, there is a path going to the right, you will be facing a large hut, kill the trash in front of it and go inside. Zungam is on a platform on the opposite side upstairs, second floor.

You can click his "Ball and Chain". He will walk down the stairs and stand on the carpet in front of the fire downstairs but NO LONGER sells food unstead sells weapons.

I must tip my hat to Blizzard today. They are Listening and took action to resolve the phasing problems. I have completed all of the Mount Hyjal quest chains and yesterday, I flew there and was able to purchase the items from Grunka and Edric Downing required for “Cataclysmically Delicious” and “Drown Your Sorrows”. Blizzard is listening and will take care of problems when we address them properly by submitting support requests. Thank You Blizzard! Thank you for creating a great game and gaming environment. This item, needed for Drown Your Sorrows, is sold by Grunka, an NPC who disappears with phase changes due to questing in Mount Hyjal. However, if you did your 80-82 leveling in Vashj'ir instead of Mount Hyjal you will still be able to interact with her! (after some questing.) You can start the very long quest chain in Nordrassil with Ysera. Just follow it as it takes you around the map, from the Circle of Cinders, to the Shrine of Goldrinn, to the Grove of Aessina, to the Shrine of Aviana. I finished the quests in the chain including the first firegate and then began doing quests from the large turtle, Tortolla. You can skip the second firegate quests. The quest line that will lead you to Grunka begins with the quest The Strength of Tortolla. This chain will bring you to a quest called Signed in Blood. Once you have this quest you can access Grunka. You do not need the cultist disguise. Grunka also sells Rock-Hard Biscuit and Vile Purple Fungus. These items are needed for Cataclysmically Delicious so pick them up while you're there.

Oily Giblets and Unidentifiable Meat Dish, also needed for Cataclysmically Delicious, are only sold by Edric Downing, another NPC in this camp.

Note: This item is also sold by Zungam in Zul'Aman.

As of patch 4.3 it's also buyable from Gronk Hamcheeks in Twilight Highlands. He's standing next to the Fight Promoter of the Crucible of Carnage.
