Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

I suspect the base DE count is 1-4 hypnotic dust, and extra ones (up to 5) from the guild bonus Bountiful Bags, which does proc on disenchanting. The bonus is normally 0-2 extra, but can give as many as 5 extra.

But the best part of Bountiful Bags is when you DE a purple and get two crystals :-)

I've had these D/E into Heavenly Shards on rare occasions.

First time I've seen something that disenchants into lesser essences but (non-small) shards. Quirky.

It can also be crafted by Jewelcrafters (skill 400+) from Jeweler's Setting + 2x Hessonite and has random stats.
This craft can crit - Hessonite Band .
