This dropped for me from a Satchel of Helpful Goods on my 23 Warrior after a random dungeon run. The random enchantment was "...of the Battle" so the final stats were +5 str, +3 sta, +2 crit rating. I'm not sure if the enchant is automatically one that would be suited for your class, but the stats were perfect for my warrior. A very nice reward, since nothing dropped in the instance that I could use.

Also dropped from Satchel of Helpful Goods for me. I ended up with a "of the Monkey" +5 agi +5 stam as a Bear tank. I think the stats might be dependent on the class/spec you're playing. I may be wrong.

On my 22 warlock I got one that was "of the Soldier" - +4 strength, +4 stamina and +4 critical strike rating. Most people I know got something that was appropriate to their class, but this at least shows that it's possible to get something that isn't.

Edit: Today, it was "of the Bear." +5 strength, +5 stamina.

As of today,12/15, im a healing druid and it dropped Of the Soldier. Still no confirmation though, because as a druid I could technically go feral. I'll see on my rogue.

Enchantment is absolutely random and doesn't depend on class at all. Ran four random dungeons today on my priest and got four cloaks from them. Two of them were ...of the Bandit and two were ...of the Monkey. Sticking with Mystic's Cape until something useful drops from the bag or tanks stop rolling on Stamina/Spirit loot.

Absolutely random...Rogue just got "of the Moon". The only useful stat there is the Stam :\

Well, as a rogue i gone to RFC twice, as random dungone, and both times i got spellcasting stuff with intellect from the satchel, so it has nothing with ur class or specc to do, just blind luck!

Does anyone know if those cloak can be enchanted with lv60 required enchant? like 225 armor to cloak or 23 haste?

this cloak rocks in the 19 and even 29 bracket party. +8stam is more than the horde ghostlands cloak which requires Exalted by the way (https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=22990), than +5 stam & agi is better than our famous https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=2059...twinks are "nerfed" but twinking became easier....straaaaange

for melee classes we have a new star ... of the soldier, +4 crit is aaaaaalot for a cloak at this lvl.

the only thing is indeed https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=45626 is slightly better, but its a question of taste, int or hit rating.

Can any verify the "of stamina" with +8 stam..I am making a 19 druid FC and this cloak is just amazing however I have
done randoms for weeks and I have never seen it drop even with others in my group

Just thought I would point this out, since no once else seems to be;

The enchantment that you receive on this is not dependent on your class, your specialization, your favorite color, or anything... it's completely random. Just like all greens and blues that have random enchantments on them.

As a twink mage, you would definitely need the hit over the +1 INT and +4 SP.

Once you cap Hit, THEN you can ignore it. Until then it is priority. You need very little hit at 19, for mage I believe 10+ hit would be ideal.

You can have... agility, strength, intellect, stamina, spirit, critical strike, dodge :| :( but hit rating? Blizzard help here...

I really like the look of this cape, so I tried to transmog it onto my warrior's heirloom cloak... and for some reason it wanted 300g to do the transmog. :| I just tried transmogging a low-level sword onto my heirloom sword, to see if it would charge a similarly high price, and it only charged me 1g. Bugged..?
