Only one second shaved off the ten second cooldown, and for a Major Glyph spot. Not worth it, seeing as most warriors don't sit there spamming Spell Reflect, but save it for heavy spells or the various forms of CC to be coming at them such as Shammy Hex and such.

And Spell Reflect was never really useful in PvE any, so no use there either.

A glyph of this name will only be worth it if boosted the amount of time Spell Reflect was up, or increased the amount of spells reflected.

True, very few fights PvE that have anything near warranting Spell Reflect spam... and even the few that there are (Herald in Old Kingdom, etc), 1sec isn't going to do much. If it was minor glyph, it might compete, but as a major it's sub-par.

Brings the cooldown to 9 seconds.
A 10% reduction is not worth it, for me. I could see a situational application in competitive PvP.

Think about a fight vs a frost mage. He freeze the warrior, then starts to cast frostbolt or polymorph. The warrior activates his spellreflect as late as possible. The mage has to stop the cast, do an instant or use his wand (which takes either a 1-1.5 sec gcd depending on haste rating or the swing time of the wand). That already takes about 2 seconds. Then he has to start his cast again which would hit after only max 3.5 or 4 secs. He might then be interrupted in his cast. Its only 6 seconds to the next spellreflect. And this glyph makes it 5...if the mage is interrupted by a charge/intercept or by a teammate then we take at least another global of the time to the next spell reflect. If he is intercepted its 3 second stun (almost. could be reduced by meta gem or talents for example). Without the glyph thats only 3 seconds to the next spell reflect. With it its only 2. So this glyph makes it much harder if not impossible for the mage to get that 2nd sheep through before spell reflect is ready again. Of course intercept has to be ready or a teammate has to help the warrior by interrupting a cast.

@wildhorn: No one uses that spec due to its lack of offensive capability (no Incite?). Enemy teams will focus your partner, making your high dodge less useful, unless they burst on you, in which case you'd want to spend the 1 pt for last stand.

It is more common to go arms 0-5-0, 2-3-0, 0-1-2-0, fury 3-0-3, prot 2-(variable)-3, pickup incite last stand and the rest of your tree is good, although some ppl debate whether to use vig for the 3% reduced dmg, or to nix it so that gladius doesn't tell them your spec until they waste their opener on you. In any case its probably still good to pick it up so that you can reapply after openers.

Effect unchanged post 4.0.1, but is now a Major Glyph.
Is it still worth taking for PvE tanking?

Almost worthless for pve, amazing potential for pvp.

Along with prot talents, it lowers the cooldown to 6 seconds with a 5 sec duration.

In Patch 4.1 the Glyph of Spell Reflection now reduces the cooldown by 5 seconds.
