In it's current state, I feel this glyph is severely lacking. It's a MAJOR glyph, yet it's impact is minor. Hell, even if this were a minor glyph I doubt I'd use it. 7% is way too little.

I wonder why they bothered wording the glyph in terms of percentage, rather than a flat, number of seconds reduction off the cooldown. It just makes it harder for players to calculate, harder to realize that at only a 1 second CD reduction, it's not worth it for virtually any situation.

Even when it was a 20% reduction, it still would have been simpler to just list it the other way. Also, I don't believe there is currently any other way to reduce the CD of charge, so there's no difference in terms of stacking either. Except for Juggernaut increasing the CD by 5 seconds, which causes this glyph, at 7%, to provide a 1.4 second CD reduction, which still rounds off to just 1 second off charge. Still useless. Still deceptive when stated in percent and not seconds.

I move that we rename this Glyph of Slightly Less Painfully Slow Charge.

This glyph hardly makes Charge into a "Rapid" Charge.

Read the name of the glyph. By the time you're done, 2 seconds will have passed, and Charge will be off CD. Props to Blizzard for making this glyph honest and not confusing new players into thinking "20%" is a huge reduction -- it's only one second.

That said, Blizzard should just straight up get rid of this glyph and turn it into something more useful. I can't think of a single scenario where 1 second off of Charge could be utilized, and the fact that this is a Major glyph baffles me. We have Minor glyphs that do more to change our gameplay than this.

OLD: Glyph of Rapid Charge
Reduces the cooldown of your Charge ability by 1 sec.

NEW: Glyph of Enraged Speed
While Enraged, you move 20% faster.

Glyph of Enraged speed stacks with some movement increase buffs:

-With 8% run speed enchant you go from 108% to 130% run speed.

-Popping Nitro Boosts you go from 250% to 300% run speed (with glyph of Burning Anger you can turn into a racing fire ball of death for a few seconds, good times).

-Does not stack with ground nor flying mount speed, not that you'd have alot of time to mount up during Enrage.

Doesn't seem to be affected by Vengeance only by Enraged Regeneration. Perhaps this will be fixed for live otherwise it won't be useful for Prot remembering that those are our only two enrage effects now.
