A minor glyph that really comes in handy if you're planning to farm something underwater very often, like the water elementals in Skettis.

This will come in handy to save some bag space, but with the change to mounts, non-combat pets (companions), and all four totems being replaced by a single relic, it won't be as necessary. Currently, I carry around two stacks of fish oil and two stacks of scales. About one a week or so I drop by my bank and "refill" the stacks. The cost for oil and scales on the AH is incredibly low, so if some better minor glyphs are put into the game, this one can easily be skipped.

I think they should get rid of the reagents from the go, and make this give an extra bonus, like swim speed or mana regen while underwater.

Another potential benefit might arise in arenas, as this glyph makes Water Breathing viable as dispel fodder. Yes, you can still cast it anyway if you don't mind carrying around stacks of fish scales... but for those averse to smelly equipment bags, this might have some use.

EDIT: As it turns out, Water Walking is no longer a Magic effect and thus cannot be dispelled. Whoops!

i find it rather unfair that warlocks don't need reagents and get a way better glyph boost than us -.-

Considering it only takes a minor glyph slot I would say this is worth it but I agree with Fu4u in a sense. Warlocks get a free waterbreathing spell (Unending Breath) as in it requires no reagents from the start. Still, I like this glyph, its pretty useful, and I mean, I can't really complain - Warlocks get a water breathing spell but no walk on water spell and Death Knights get a walk on water spell (Path of Frost) but no water breathing spell, so I can kinda see why shamans need reagents for those spells and those two classes don't. On another note warlocks get Glyph of Unending Breath which is useful but still, I would rather have walk on water as well us underwater breathing, tho the speed increase is nice, getting it for my warlock. So this glyph is definitly good enough for me along with Glyph of Water Walking

In MoP, with each application of Maelstrom Weapon, your healing done is increased by 20%, up to 100%.

In Mists of Pandaria this glyph has changed.

OLD: Glyph of Water Breathing - Your Water Breathing spell no longer requires a reagent.
NEW: Glyph of Healing Storm - Each application of Maelstrom Weapon also increases your healing done by 20%.

Water Breathing has gone the way of Sentry Totem.
