Currently I do not see this glyph available at any of the trainers mentioned on the taught by tab. Does anyone have any updated information regarding these glyphs? Thanks.

Thoughts on Glyph of Light of Dawn (new in Cataclysm, previously Seal of Wisdom):

This is good for PvP. Another fairly short CD instant heal for your arsenal. For PvE, I'm not as sure--it could be situational depending on fight and the AE CDs of a boss.

I would not recommend taking this glyph as a permanent slot, as the 20% reduced healing is significant and you will rarely use it on cooldown, which makes the cooldown reduction irrelevant.

On the other hand, there are fights where taking the glyph might be a good idea. For example Lich King on heroic difficulty, where the glyph makes your LoD available on every Infest and also lets you cast LoD three times (instead of twice) both during transition phases and during Frostmourne phase. So if you feel you need the extra heals, this is the glyph of choice.

EDIT for 4.3: The default Light of Dawn now heals six party members by default! Using this, it heals only four, but each of those 4 get 25% additional healing. So let's say, for instance, you're healing each target for 8000 -- each target will get 2000 additional healing with this glyph equipped. This healing WILL add to your Mastery's shield proc as well.

This makes it very useful for 5-man heroics (where 6 targets is overkill, since there are only 4 others to heal) and useful for 10-man raids (where 6 targets are unlikely to be standing within your LoD's range). For 25-man raids on the other hand, this is not a very effective glyph, due to DPS/tanks often clumping up together and giving you plenty of targets.

Like many similar glyphs, this would seem to be all about priorities. Unglyphed, the spell potentially grants more total healing. The question is whether to heal 6 targets for a larger amount overall, or 4 targets for a larger amount each, and whether you have 6 targets at any given time that actually need healing.

If you have 6 targets, this glyph will provide 16% less total healing. However each target will receive 25% more healing.

If you have 4 targets or less, this glyph will simply grant an extra 25% healing.

If you have 5 targets, this glyph will make no difference to the total amount of healing, merely dividing the healing between 4 targets instead of 5.

Remember that you will count as 1 target, if you're in need of healing.

Obviously, for 5-mans, this glyph will probably be beneficial most of the time. At worst, it will provide the same amount of healing, but leave someone unhealed. However since Light of Dawn is a smart heal, this should be the target that needs the least healing. When less than 5 targets need healing, it will simply improve your Light of Dawn by 25%.

For larger groups, it's a matter of choice, and how likely you are to be healing 6 targets with each LoD cast. For mass AoE healing it's a disadvantage, but it will make it far more powerful when needed to quickly pull a small group out of the danger zone.

You're forgetting the part where LoD heals the most injured raid members. So regardless of the ammount of healing this will heal those that need it the most for even more and place a larger illuminated healing shield. Honestly you're a paladin, leave large group heals to druids and priests.
