Been a while since I've written up one of these, but now that
Cairne Bloodhoof
death and the circumstances around it are no longer in question, I feel that the High Chieftan of the tauren deserves a
lok'vadnod
of his own.
Honor of Cairne, chieftan of the Horde,
He saved his people from extinction,
And led them into sanctuary,
Honor of Cairne, chieftan of the Horde,
Strong of heart and strong of arm,
A warrior untill the end,
Honor to Cairne, chieftan of the Horde,
Let those responsible for his death not live to regret their actions,
By Blood and Thunder!

Doesn't Garrosh Roflstomp Magatha when he finds out?
Edit: Been a while since i read one of these. Very nice.

The leaks said that the Grimtotem will take over Thunder Bluff after Cairne's death. Garrosh will lead the heroes of the Horde (more likely the players) into the city to retake it (maybe something similar to the Siege of the Undercity during Wrath). After that, Baine will be appointed Chieftain of the Tauren.

Magatha slowly poisons cairne, and Garrosh kills him in a duel. Garrosh flies to orgrimmar and locks himself in the hold. Then what GVHB says happens.
It in my opinion is a *!@# way to end a great character like Cairne, and getting his death overshadowed by turd of grom apparently having a change of heart? (Go on flame my opinion, apparently its not as constructive as anyone elses).

I have to agree, it is a bit of a underdramatic way to end such a character. Still, note that he hasn't done... anything of value in lore since original WoW. And even if they did decide to fit him into the big picture, how would they do it? The role of old and wise advisor-warrior to Thrall has been taken by Saurfang.
Still, seeing Cairne go is a great turn in the plot line - in my opinion - and it allows them to get Garrosh out of the pile of hate that the players and lore-lovers that thing along the same lines as you have forced him into - no offense meant.
If this debate is going to continue, I suggest you take it to the General Discussion post or one of your posts on the topic.

No debate here on the coolness vs suckyness of Garrosh in light of this event. I'll just say great Lok'vadnod for Cairne. :)Oh hai, Jet! *waves* Good to see you here. (Now, we've just got to convince Izhara...)
And yes, since I missed saying this the first time: very nice
lok'vadnod
