The entrance to the cave is between the southern and southwestern building.
On a sidenote, this is a reference to Zaphod Beelbebrox. A character from "The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy".

FOR THE TANKS WHO JUST WANT THE STAMINA TRINKET:

You know who you are... you run dungeons and/or raids, and all you really care about is replacing that old Corroded Skeleton Key from your WotLK days.

If you want this trinket (because you've had bad luck farming or avoiding Stonecore), then YES, you can definitely get this trinket, but it's going to take doing a good chunk of quests in this zone. Here's the "shortcut" (if one exists) to getting this trinket to drop for you.

1) at lvl 84, get the Twilight Highlands starter quests, come to the zone and unlock the Highbank town and its portal (you'll want it anyways)... requires doing most of the quests in the immediate vicinity of Highbank.

2) once you have the portal to Highbank unlocked, ignore the breadcrumb quest to "Firebeard's Patrol"... it's not needed... skip it and fly to the Ring of Elements near the Maw of Madness.

3) At the Ring of the Elements, speak to Earthcaller Torunscare and follow the quests through to surviving the nightmare inside the Maw of Madness itself... this will then lead you to Lirastrasza at the Vermillion Redoubt.

4) Do all the Vermillion Redoubt quests for the Red Dragon flight, including the chain leading to the battle with Deathwing at Grim Batol and the follow-up in the Obsidium Forest.

5) This FINALLY leads you to the quests at Victor's Point. Which a few quests in will reward you with your stamina trinket!

Is it worth it for one trinket? Well if the RNG Gods hate you in Stonecore, then yes, this is probably the only thing that will let you get rid of that Corroded Skeleton Key.

P.S.
Yes, its a lot of quests, but if all you wanted was this trink, its fairly difficult to know the best/quickest way to get to it... it's not a short quest chain, but this does avoid some unnecessary questing if you follow the above advice (if all you wanted was the stamina trinket).

Also, if you notice Za's head. It says: ''Quite handsome in a rugged sort of way'' when all the other heads has a demeaning feature to em :P

To help as well the cave entrance looks like a bunch of rocks piled on top of one another in the center it slightly glows a purple color

This quest (with the id of 27500) has been removed.

However, there is another quest, which is exactly the same (Four Heads are Better than None), with a different id (27608). That is the quest that everyone has been doing.

The reason for duplicate quest?, who knows, maybe it was an acciddent, maybe it was changed. /shrug

Just want to note that these guys regen really fast so don't stick around unless you want to fight them twice - actually I got more money loot the second time I killed one of them.

Collect the four heads of Za'brox and Beeble'phod.

Description

Now while the attack upon the Twilight Gate is launched, there is one last loose end to tie up: Za'brox and Beeble'phod, the disciples of Cho'gall.

Intelligence has placed them within the Den of the Disciples, a small ogre cave at the southwest corner of the Twilight Gate.

You're fairly certain that Cassius and Kurdran will want proof of their deaths.
