Droped for me off of a Flame Ascendant on my first or second kill.

This item now appears to be sitting on one of the carts around The Ascendant's Rise in Mount Hyjal. It's no longer a drop item.

Coordinates are 59.0, 83.9. Easily locatable by the yellow ! on your minimap too :)

there seem to be a pre-requesite.
I am next to the egg, and it is not available to click on (no ! either).

I did 115+ Qs already.
Will edit once I find out what triggers.

im in lvl 78 at it says it requires lvl 78 but u cant find the quest, why not?

"Yes, of course I'll carry this gigantic egg almost the size of myself, with giant spikes in it that could easily impale me! It will probably fit in my backpack anyway!"

Anyone else feel that the size of the egg is maybe a bit too much?

The Twilight Egg

Take the Pure Twilight Egg to Aronus at the Gates of Sothann in Hyjal.

Description

The egg is unlike any that you've seen before. Its translucent shell appears to bend the light around it.

Accompanying it, you find a note describing the arrival of a fertile broodmother at the Ascendant's Rise.

Perhaps you should show this to Aronus.
