You must kill the gropers in the surrounding area to create the item, I killed him first without using the item and didn't get credit. So make sure you use the item on him.

When the area is crowded (you have a lot of competition), make sure:

- you group up
- explain how the quest works to other guys
- if there is anyone not in your group, explain them as well
- if there is anyone not in your faction around waiting for him try /wait /no to signal them to be patient

How it works: you have to use the quest item Enchanted Sea Snack on him, causing him to shrink, and only AFTER that tap him (attack him).
If you tap him before you shrink him, you cannot shrink him anymore, and you do NOT get the quest completed, doesn't matter if you kill him.

Tip: if you are in a party, make 4 players be fast on targeting him and use the quest item (with keyboard shortcuts) and the 5th be prepare to tap him using a ranged instant cast. Once you see the quest items flying towards the NPC, and he starts the shrinking animation, hit the tap skill immediately.

This quest is found in the underground cavern.

It is right at the waters edge as you come out of the water a little to the left as you come out of the cave.

Lady La-La's necklace drops for Lady La-La's Medallion. There are conflicting reports of what quests are needed for the item to drop.
This is also a good time to kill Gilblingle for waterlogged journal which starts Blackfin's Booty.

Description

The note in this bottle is soaked through, but still legible.

In it, the author claims to have escaped from some sort of undersea naga prison.

He is clearly in fear for his life, and you can't help but wonder if it might be one of your recently abducted shipmates.

At a loss as to how to locate the escapee, you determine to share the find with Erunak.
