Higher ilvl but shorter proc version of normal Bell of Enraging Resonance.
Should be good for most casters (especially fire mages) if it procs twice as much as the Bell.

Perhaps a Holy Paladin using HS on an enemy would proc this? considering in the sence it is being used as a "harmful" spell. Definately something to try after farming this forever :D

Direct upgrade from Mithril Pocketwatch.

Drops from Coren Direbrew during the Brewfest 2011 event. Since Coren can be fought as many times as you like via the dungeon finder, this trinket is a decent choice for gearing up lower geared alts, but is still worse than most other spellcaster trinkets due to its lack of Intellect.

2040 Spellpower for 10 sec with ICD= 45 sec, roughly 453 SP and 340 reforgeable crit make this trinket good pair to Darkmoon Card: Volcano as a starter choice

It can proc while DMC:V is up. CD seems to be 45s, but proc chance is not terribly high. With a target-dummy Moonkin rotation, I was averaging 56s between procs (46s to 67s was full range).

Not sure whether to equip this or not currently have Dark Moon Card: Volcano, and Stump of Time equipped, have reforged the 128 hit to mastery on my stump, obviously no reforging can be done of Dark Moon Card.

Really debating equipping this one:- as my stats would shift from crit 1036, to 1240 and Mastery would be reduced from 2042 to 1857.

I am hit capped and as you can see have a lot of Mastery already stacked, just dont see this being viable apart from a slight increase item level.

Any other opinions/advice?

I am more of a fan of Equip/Proc trinkets than use ones, as I would have to macro a trinket to a spell to get maximum use out of it, which is why Moonwell Chalice is languishing in my bank right now

I was wondering if a DK's melee spells would proc this as they deal spell damage but are considered melee attacks, if anyone has tested this please leave some feedback. =)

The buff is called:
"Now is the Time"
and it will proc from a discipline priest casting smite. Only proc'd twice for me in roughly a minute on an initial test.

I've reforged the crit over to 136 Spirit / 204 crit and going to see how this performs as a discipline priest healing trinket alongside the egg.

This trinket is relatively good for a PVE frost mage, very good for fire, and not good at all for arcane.

For frost it's okay if you need the crit to reach soft cap. Rune of Zeth is amazingly good for frost, but if you use that, you cannot stack it with Moonwell Chalice or other on-use trinkets. This trinket's ICD of 60 seconds means it will line up with every flame/frostfire orb usage, which means it will proc quickly (as FO ticks proc it) and therefore you'll be stacking it with rune or another on-use trinket for shatter or combustion use.

This trinket's proc rate seems relatively high, and will proc off a damaging spell whether it hits something or you're in combat - or not. Casting arcane explosion or cone of cold out of combat will proc it, which can be annoying.

I wonder what terrible player downrated this comment. The downrating on this site has become ridiculous since the achievement system was put in.

Not terrible for an A/A disc priest. 2 healing trinkets would probably serve you better for progression content but this could serve you well in t11 and heroic 5-mans.

man , this is a DAING GOOD trinket, atm using this and DMC Volcano as a spriest, and they are uber mega good, just spamm everything that does high damage when this/these procc
