Hmmm i read this achiev, and even with the unkown mehcanics of the boss it still seems extreamly impobable. I'll say this prematurley, Good Luck!

Theralion used to have a very distinct, flambouyant-sounding voice.

Unfortunately, they recently changed it to something more "normal" -- it's still a good voice, just... not as great. Or humorous. Or unique.

The twilight fiends involved in this achievement are small, have low HP (77K in 10 man and 117K in 25 man), move very quickly, and don't aggro when attacked. You need to get hit by Dazzling Destruction or Deep Breath (The spells cast during the phase transitions) in order to enter the phase they're located in.

Having ranged DPS go into the twilight realm to kill them is preferable, as melee will have trouble chasing them around with all of Unstable Twilight orbs floating around, and you need to kill them as quickly as possible before the increasing damage from the twilight realm becomes lethal. There also seems to be only one fiend present for each phase transition, meaning you'll need to enter the twilight realm six times to get enough for the achievement.

This is untrue.

They spawn at intervals of roughly 10-15 seconds.

This achievement is semi RNG, depending on how many people you send into the twilight realm.
It is possible to get all six in about a minute in the realm. The fiend spawn in random locations... and run what seems to be 25-30 yards before despawning. The trick is to spot them asap, slow them, then kill them. Problem being the random locations. They can spawn anywhere. etc, center of the room, near either of the bosses starting points. The room is 180y x 60y. In theory for 10 man, if you have 3 people stationed in the center line longways, preferably ranged slowers on the top stairs & a good rogue/dk stationed in the center, 1 center and 2 on the top of the steps spaming the macro

you shouldn't have a problem meeting the criteria in 2 Dazziling destruction phases.
Some reason, people get insta jibbed in the DEEP BREATH, might be a timing thing of running in and out quickly, needs more testing.

You will accumulate 12 stacks by the time 3 fiends spawn. Cloak, bubble, non specific despell ablities are your best friend in increasing your kill counter. Also, avoid the "real" realm AoE abilites from the boss at all costs. 10+% per stack shadow damage + unavoidable AoE + Boss abilites + %^&*ing orbs = oh @#$%.

In short, As long as you have enough people covering most of the ground, killing 6 fiends shouldn't be a problem.

Since my recent endevour's tearing heroic Valiona and Theralion a new rectal cavity, if you were to go normal mode and slap a sub rogue in the twilight zone with the macro bound to his shadowstep this could very easily be done, without sacrificing a handful of raid members for the achieve.

Sub rogues can survive a longer time then "debatably" all classes/specs in the twilight realm, which is the key to most heroic kills. Normal mode is the same except now, you're just %^&*ing around for the achievement without a half dozen adds pounding you/your raid with shadow bolts. Beat on the boss if recoup falls when your killing fiends, feint on CD, cloak at 15-20 stacks. (SORRY ASSASSINATION/COMBAT ROGUES FOR SACRIFICING YOUR RESPECTIVE OFFSPECS, then again not alot of people care about the hardon I have for combat pvp :[ )

We did this acheivement tonight.

The fiends colour blends in with the twilight, but our hunter found that by using the pre-mentioned target macro with an added line to send her pet to attack the target really helped.

Hunter pets are immune to the orbs in twilight, but much, much easier to see than the fiends, so when the pet runs off you can instantly locate the area the fiend is in.

Heya. Did it tonight, I entered alone on first Dazzling Destruction as BM hunter with spirit beast, used the /tar twilight fiend macro, sent pet on them asap and slow/nuke/killed them. I used my spirit beast healing on me once, went out after killing 4 of them, then re-entered with Deterrence on by standing in flame breath and killed last 2. On the last kill one fiend Evaded for some reason, so I had to target another one and kill.
Easy achievement.

are the Twilight fiends death gripable? would make it considerably easyer to kill them fast I think.

Since it is easier to find groups now that we can do these cross realm. Here is a quick down and dirty strategy of how to do it now (Dragon Soul gear or greater). This was completed on 10 Man.

2 Tanks, 2 Healers, 6 dps (our comp for the whole run). We decided to use 2 Mages and 1 Warlock to go down during the first Dazzling Destruction (At this stage any ranged combo will do, or 2 ranged and a DK for grip) . We were able to stay down long enough to kill all 6 without leaving the twilight realm.

For positioning (in the twilight realm) we had 1 ranged on Theralion's stairs, 1 on Valiona's stairs and the 3rd in the center of the room. Multiple adds did evade bug which caused us to get up to 35+ stacks, which can still kill you without your own survival cool downs. If you have the issue with adds bugging maybe split it up into two twilight phases instead of one to ensure no deaths.

NOTES;
It is much easier but don't push too far since you can still die.
We had to stop all DPS prior to the first destruction because the boss(es) were already at 40%
Watch out for Deep Breathe while in the twilight realm.
Use achievement tracker to keep track of fiend's that died (some people do forget this)
Have twilight realm DPS use the macro "/tar twilight fiend" it helps a lot.
