You can view this guide here.
I recommend printing it and using the Cartographer in-game addon.

I have made a tom tom list from the data in this guide if u wana add them just copy paste to macro and run macro

Remember that a macro can hold all in one run so take like 5-7 rows at a time

I'm following that guide and it's very helpful. But I couldn't honor Orgrimmar's fire or extinguish Darnassus's fire.... did they remove main cities fire requirements?

The guide isn't missing the Capital cities. Capitals are not part of this achievement requirements. You can't honor the fires in your own capitals, but the capital fires of the opposing faction each have a short quest.

It seems you can't do the bonfire quests again if you have done them already in a previous year.

It seems you cannot complete this achievement if you are still doing the "Fate, Up Against Your Will" quest line.

You can still go back and re-complete the Honoring/Desecration quests this year (2010) if you've already completed them previously.

At level 80, every quest gives 13g23s and 10 Burning Blossoms.

Total money awarded for this achievement: 14 * 13g23s = 185g22s.

Completing each quest gives an average of 6% of a level.
So completing this achievement gives 84% of a level.

note: the Wowhead map is listing Southshore/Hillsbrad as a zone for both Ally & Horde to honor/extinguish but it's not there, now, since Cata hit....the achievement lists correlate with current info, but not the map...so in case you're using the handy maps as a sort of "in action check list" you'll want to make note of this, too. :)
to clarify, there is no flame at Southshore, since there is no Southshore, just ruins, now :)

Alliance fire is at Fort Livingston 51/63
Horde fire is at Grom'Gol 41/49

the Booty Bay ones are now Cape of Strnaglethorn & are basically next to each other

Burning Steppes seems to be phased to me. I can see the horde/alliance tents but upon approach they disappear :( two steps backwards and they reappear and you can see other people getting them done. Logged and relogged and no help, :(

Add in a change for 2011

The alliance and horde bonfires in swamp of sorrows, are located at Bogpaddle (a goblin town, friendly to both factions)

No more bonfire in Stonard.

Vashj'ir: Silver Tide Hallow, 1 fire, 15 blossoms
Hyjal: Nordrassil, 1 fire, 15 blossoms
Uldum: Ramkahen, 2 fires, 15 blossoms total
Twilight Highlands: Horde - Bloodgulch, Alliance - Thundermar, 15 blossoms total

There is 1 Horde fire in the WPL side of The Bulwark. So that is another 5/10 sunflowers. But its not needed for the Ach. :)

I assume a few things in recommending this route to you

1.) You are Horde
2.) You Have Epic flying/Riding

E = Desicrate/Extinguish Flame
H = Honor Flame
FP = Flight Path
WPL = Western Plaguelands
SW = Stormwind
STV = Stranglethorn Vale

This is the way I did it on my toons if you have ideas
on how to make this easier by all means comment below.

Start Orgrimmar

Take the Zepplin to Undercity

Use the orb of translocation to Silvermoon City

Head out the Silvermoon front gate and west along the wall untill
you run into the Fire Festival Tent (H)

Head back to the Silvermoon FP and fly to Tranquillien (H) or ride south
into The Ghostlands if you don't have the FP.

Fly back to Silvermoon City.

Use the Orb of Translocation to get back to Undercity

Head a little to the north to Brill, Tirisfal Glades (H)

Head southwest of The Undercity to The Sepulcher, Silverpine Forest (H)

Fly east south east into Tarren Mill, Hillsbrad Foothills (H)

Fly north toward Strahnbrad into WPL Stop in at Chillwind Camp,
Weastern Plaguelands (E)

Continue by flying south east to Aerie Peak, The Hinterlands (E)

Fly east accros the zone to Revantusk Village, The Hinterlands (H)

Flying south west head to Hammerfall, Arathi Highlands (H)

Shoot west accross the zone to Refuge Point, Arathi Highlands (E)

Fly south west to Menethil Harbor, The Wetlands (E)

Continue south into Ironforge...

Fly in the front gate through to the Hall of Explorers, avoid going
through tinker town too much aggro Capture the flame

I assume you died and spirit rezed at Kharanos, Dun Morogh (E) grab
the flame and be on your way.

East to Thelsamar, Loch Modan (E)

Fly south to New Kargath, Badlands (H)

Continue flying south to Flame Crest, Burning Steppes (H)

Fly south East to Morgan's Vigil, Burning Steppes (E)

Fly south into Redridge Mountains to the Lakeshire FP (E)

Now fly south west to Darkshire, Duskwood (E)

Do a 180 and head east to Bogpaddle, Swamp of Sorrows two to get here
(E & H)

Fly south to Nethergarde Keep, Blasted Lands (E)

At this point I said screw, I flew west over to Dreadmaul Hold,
Blasted Lands and caught a windrider to Booty Bay, STV and went to
grab a drink and stuff. Why not do the dame ? =P

Arrive Booty Bay, The Cape of Stranglethorn
head over to the beach with all the pirates to the east and grab two
side by side fires (H & E)

Head north to Fort Livingston, Northern Stranglethorn (E)

Fly north west over to Grom'gol Base Came, Northern Stranglethorn (H)

Fly north to Moonbrook, Westfall (E)

Continue flying north east to Goldshire, Elwynn Forest (E)

Now you should just have Stormwind left. It's super easy to get to.
Start by flying Super high above SW. Low enough to see, but not so
low that the flying guards rape you. Locate the Fire between The Mage
Quarter and the little square building on your map (SW Stockade). Dive
bomb in get your flame. You should be able to escape into the canal
toward the crater next to SW harbor.

Hearth!

You should now have the following Achievements:

Flame Keeper of Eastern Kingdoms
Extinguishing Eastern Kingdoms

where to go in what zone.

If anyone is curious, at lvl 54 (rested XP), my troll mage was receiving 9,480 xp and 80 silver per extinguished fire in the Eastern Kingdoms, Southshore and Refuge Pointe alike.
