The fastest way to get this achievement is to:

1 Sit down at a table outside one of the major cities with at least one other player at it.
2 Target that player and press any of the possible food buttons.
3 After a few throws you'll get the achevement.

That's it, as easy as pie!

I think you get this achievement when you pass food to someone across the table and not the person sitting next to you. I could be wrong, but I got it on first try. I notice you can also throw food at someone sitting at a different table. Hope this helps.

Target a player sitting at the table and pass your food twice. The second time seems like a guaranteed food bounce.

Not random, when you pass the food the person (or rather the chair, since they count as vehicles) get a buff with a count of 5, allowing that person (or the one after them) to eat that dish 5 times. If you pass food to someone who already have a full stack of 5, the food will bounce. This is noticable if you have an addon that shows the buffs that your vehicle has.

In short, pass the food twice, as long as the person in the seat didn't eat any of that dish between the first and second click you will get the achivement.

There is a bug where people can destroy the chairs, if you are missing chairs, this is what has happened. Wait for Blizzard to fix this.

Please, don't add more chairs are missing comments (or how to do it), only need one. Report the issue in-game.

Probably the first achivement you'll get for this event, sit at the chair and click on the food icons.

This achievement ticked me off at first, because I couldn't figure it out.

Sit at a table.
Target another player sitting at the same table.
Throw food at them until you get the achievement. (assuming they eat the food... to get 5 stacked up of the food you're throwing.... otherwise chuck it at someone else).

Frustratingly simple.

If I had to guess, knowing how Bliz likes to reference pop culture, I'd have to say this achievement gets it's name from John Belushi famously yelling 'FOOD FIGHT!' in National Lampoon's Animal House - same movie that spawned the 'TOGA!,TOGA!,TOGA!' chant
