How to find the Brothers (Alliance only - If you're horde you should be here):

You get Mistletoe by doing a /kiss on one of the Winter Revelers at inns (reports saying that in Dalaran it works only from the Revelers in Underbelly). You might get Fresh Holly or A Handful of Snowflakes instead though. (Original comment from Ongra)

The achievement wants to you use the Mistletoe on the brothers. Simply target the brothers mentioned below and then right click on your Mistletoe.

Start at Goldshire. Brother Wilhelm (41.0, 65.9) is standing at the back entrance of the Blacksmith
Ride or fly to Stormwind's Cathedral
Brother Kristoff (55.2, 54.5) stands next to the fountain statue at the Cathedral Square
Get inside the Cathedral
Brother Benjamin (52.1, 47.6) is walking up and down behind the right pillars
Brother Joshua (49.6, 45.1) is standing at the end of the corridor next to the High Priestess
Brother Cassius (53.2, 45.1) is inside the right room
Brother Crowley (52.5, 43.5) is at the entrance of the RIGHT catacombs. That's next to the entrance of the room Brother Cassius was.
Take the Gryphon to Rebel Camp, Stranglethorn Vale
Brother Nimetz (47.2, 11.1) is at the west side of the Rebel camp
If the Goblins don't hate you, take the Gryphon to Booty Bay, Stranglethorn. Then take the boat to Ratchet, The Barrens. From there take the Gryphon to Theramore, Dustwallow Marsh
If you are Hated with the Goblins, take a gryphon to the Menethil Harbor and from there the boat will take you right to Theramore, Dustwallow Marsh. Time-wise is about the same, it's about the route you want to follow.
Brother Karman (67.3, 47.4) is supervising the Practicing Guards (Theramore Combat Dummies) - he's right next to the entrance of the north-east building (Foothold Citadel)
Brother Anton is no longer required for the achievement.

From there you can either HS back to your home town, or take the Gryphon to Auberdine and then the Ship to Stormwind.

I ran into an unusual problem when I did this quest. I was transformed into a holiday gnome when I visited Theramore. I used 2 Mistletoe on Brother Karman there. Neither time did I get the achievement. I removed the buff, and I got it (with another mistletoe). Just thought I'd pass it on.

A nice thing to do when doing this achivement, is to make a macro saying; /traget Borther
That way it my be easier to find them.

A little correction, it's /target Brother (you made a typo).

But it doesn't work that well in Stormwind's Cathedral. What's actually more useful imo, is typing /target Brother (you can copy this and keep pasting) and adding the brother's name, for instance /target Brother Nimetz

What is really useful, after getting the brother to target, you can use any of the really cheap JC made focusing lens:

Dark Jade
Shadow Crystal
Shadow Jade - this one obviously more expensive than the first 2, but cooler :p

When you use them on your target, it will turn you towards them and show you the direction of it, it ignores line of sight, but sadly only has 60 yard range which is a small limitation.

Maybe i'm nuts, but many of these in Stormwind aren't in the previous places now.

I guess they shattered the brothers too.

Nope! I was on the betrayer quest in SW, and they had most of the NPC's in the cathedral phased out.

I have the mistletoe and found the npc's but how do you use the mistletoe? I have tried clicking on it (left and right) and tried /kiss. I can't figure out how to do this achieve...pls help :)

Agreed with mattsonlyhope: Brother Nimetz is not at the rebel Camp on the 85... or at least not when you Zone in. all i see are trolls attacking which seems to be a different phase in the game. if i stand on the hills looking into the camp from duskwood you can actually see nimetz and the xmas trees but still when i try to get close the phase changes on me. anyone have an idea which quest gets this phase over with?

ok so lastnight i could not see brother nimetz due to a phase change. i completed the chain quest of the spirit lady following you around. went back and still could not see nimetz once i entered the area. I went back to stormwind and out of frustration i camped.
this morning i flew back to the area using the port gryphen and when i landed.....there he was! standing infront of a bush right next to stones on the ground offering me the "bad medicine" quest. you can not miss him! how did i get back into this phase... not sure maybe a christmas miracle.

or maybe logging did the trick

Just dropping all the STV\ZA\ZG quests I had in my quest log made the phasing and attack stop so he finally appeared.

For those having trouble finding Brother Nimetz it seems you have two options.
1. Complete Bwemba's quest chain. Upon completion leave Stranglethorn Vale (I flew up into Duskwood, then circled back) then return to the Rebel Camp. No logging out or hearthing was required for me.

2. From above comments it seems dropping Bwemba's quests and leaving/reentering STV also works.

Hope this helps save you guys the frustration I had lol.

WotLK Classic, Brother Anton is back. Nijel's Point in Desolace. If you have the FP, can fly there from Theramore. Anton is in the highest building (the one with the mailbox), up a ramp from the ground floor, overlooking the view down the cliff to the rest of the camp.

Location of every brother for the achievement with directions. Made this since the other list in the comments got updated for Cata.

Brother Joshua (50,45) Stormwind, in the Cathedral. Enter the main room of the Cathedral, and he is straight ahead of you, standing near the altar.
Brother Kristoff (45,38) Stormwind, Cathedral Square. Near the fountain at the bottom of the cathedral steps.
Brother Cassius (53,45) Stormwind, in the Cathedral. He is located in the same room as the first aid trainer in the cathedral. Ask guard for first aid trainer.
Brother Benjamin (52,47) Stormwind, in the Cathedral. He patrols the right side of the room.
Brother Crowley (52,43) Stormwind, in the Cathedral. It is underground, go into the cathedral, second room to the right one, go through the down stairway.
Brother Nimetz (37,3) Stranglethorn Vale, Rebel Camp. Right next to Flight Path.
Brother Wilhelm (41,66) Elwynn Forest, Goldshire. At the rear of the Goldshire smithing shop.
Brother Karman (67,47) Dustwallow Marsh, Theramore. Outside on the right-hand side of the entrance to the big keep, near the combat dummies.
Brother Anton (66,7) Desolace, Nijel's Point. He is standing on the balcony of the inn.
